I work EMS in NYC and there's ALOT of homeless people. Unfortunately most of them don't appreciate things people do for them, but the few that do I always try to help them. There's this one homeless guy I'm fond of and I came in with a bag of clothes, hats and sneakers for him, he was so happy.
