Two things I want to try if I ever visit Japan are both the Osaka and Hiroshima versions of okonomiyaki and I've been very curious about takoyaki.
Fluffymiyster Takoyaki is delicious, but be VERY careful. Don’t shove a whole one in your mouth or you’ll have 3rd degree burns. Lol I’ve made my own okonomiyaki before. It’s delicious. But I want to travel to Osaka and eat theirs. I live in Toronto, and we have a number of authentic Japanese-owned restaurants that are very delicious, so I’ve been privileged enough to be able to try the world beyond sushi. And also authentic sushi, which is bloody amazing.
