I used to work for Brennan and Carr when I was a teenager, it was a great environment as one of my first jobs. I was referred to the owner by a family friend. About a year into employment the owner ran into the family friend told her I was a hard worker, but I ate around 3 times my salary in food a week 😂 I was a growing boy. Every time I return home to Brooklyn brennen and Carr and L&B pizza is a must have.

These episodes honestly can't come fast enough. Some of the best content out there bar none. It's very inspiring actually.
George gives so much life and enthusiasm for burgers that I needed to keep watching more of these episodes while making my own burger, following a couple tips I learnt from him, for breakfast at 4am. It was delicious.

Alvins culinary claim to fame is properly scrambling eggs for people in a trendy location in LA. It’s groundbreaking but not difficult I think that tells you everything you need to know about him.

Not just in now to cook them, but the history behind it and Motz's has always done that so well. He feels underutilized. Also, not to bag on Alvin, Motz is way better with people. I think he'd be a better overall host.

Live in Brooklyn, ate at Brennan & Carr's my whole life. I immediately thought of the place when I saw "roast beef" and "burger" in the same phrase, but I was worried there was somebody else imitating it. I was pleasantly surprised. The Gargiulo burger is legendary.
