I am not vegetarian or vegan and I absolutely LOVE veggie burgers, Spicy mayo, arugula, melted mozzarella cheese on a nice toasty Hawaiin sweet roll.
I don't even think they should be heavily compared to standard burgers. They're delicious in their own unique way.

This was one of Alvin's better episodes. Less of him overtrying and more of what he does well ... COOKING and talking about food. ... And I want to try all THREE of those veggy burgers.

I just typed a comment saying the same thing. He seems so much more calm and natural. I wonder if just being in his own restaurant makes him more confident.
@@drunkenprayer8390 I think it's something to do with orienting the show more around his skill and role as a chef. The last few episodes have been about his cooking skill, where he has always been confident.
Now if we can get him to lose weight... He's gained at least 50 lbs since last season!

Sometimes, I'll simply hit a big ol' portobello with a little olive oil and sea salt, then grill it up like a beef patty. Dress it up in a bun and you've got MONEY!
I pan roast extra large portobello mushrooms in half olive oil half Kerry gold butter with lots of fresh garlic and chopped Italian parsley. I put it on a bun with nothing more than Cheese Lettuce and Tomato. They are so good that my fellow meat lovers don't miss the traditional delicious meat patty. The key is getting thick portabello mushrooms. That way they have a bite to them.

Went to New York last year and sadly that was the last time I had the shroom burger.The fact that it's been a year since I had my favourite thing on the planet makes me wanna bawl my eyes out.
If you watched the Rilakkuma and Kaoru show, you probably chuckled when dude came in with the bear suit.
Went to Usual for lunch today. The burger and chicken salad sandwich were amazing. That curry mustard mixed with ketchup was incredible. Delicious Alvin!

I was shocked at how good some of them are. Only tried it because I worked as a Costco Food sampler and lemme tell you after that, every time we sampled them, I had way too many. The Black Bean Burger was my personal fave.

It was probably in-and-out's vegetarian burger which is the saddest thing ever. Their "veggie burger" is basically just the burger w/o the meat. I love in-and-out but their vegetarian burger is weird.

Yeah, it's basically just lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and some pickles. I'm vegan, so the one I tried didn't have cheese; I'm not sure it would've mattered tho, because that's just a sad, sad lineup for a sandwich no matter how you look at it.

black bean burgers are legit my favorite veggie patty style. like, even for meat eaters, chiliburgers are already a thing - we already know those flavors work on a burger bun. so it seems fitting that that would stay true even if the burger itself went missing

I made an awesome veggie burger back when I was trying to be vegetarian (factoryfarm:( reasons). It was a gardenburger kind. Had to cook ths outside really well so inside would not be soft mushy and awful, but what made it so good was the sautéed red and yellow pepper and sweet onions slices then put the burger back in there and some bbq sauce, so it carmelizes for a few seconds with all of that, then scoop them on top and put some yummy melty cheese on there. *SO good*.
She just wanted to eat that last burger and he kept interrupting lmao

Hadiya Deas-Richberg yeah, I think it’s different. The flavor is really the best I’ve tasted from a vegan cheese. As you can tell, it’s more like a sauce that you would put on nachos or even in Mac and cheese. The kind I’ve had has cashews (obviously), nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, cashew or almond milk, salt and pepper

Veggie burgers are banging I had one once which was a onion bhaji pattie with lettuce, mango mayonnaise, yogurt and mint dressing and crushed poppadoms, it had garlic butter spread on the bun too it was insane!!!

2. I have no idea who did her makeup but it is perfect. My first impression when watching this video was how great she looks. No a women's worth is not measured by her looks. But I could not help but be distracted by hers the entire video.
3. How do you make cashew cheese?
Maybe making cashew milk and then performing the standard cheese making process
There are many cashew cheese recipes on KRplus. But mine is cashews, a lot of fresh basil, an onion, garlic, vegetable broth, and olive oil. In a blender till smooth, when you bake it let's say in lasagna it becomes a bit like a moose texture. It is delicious.
People are so afraid of peanut butter on burgers. They really shouldn’t be. It brings a hickory flavor to the mix.
