Theo Von!!! He may not meet the criteria for the under 3 mil, but I didn't know who he was and I watched his episode and totally fell in love. Not only was he hilarious and witty but he really got Sean talking about himself. It made it feel like two friends are just talking over lunch. Love you Hot Ones!!!!
Sean, the bigger this thing gets, the more likely you are to attract nut jobs. I'm sure you know this, but I wish commenters would think their stuff out more, or resist the urge to regurgitate their bland, typical thoughts all over the comment section.

Sean just seems like the most genuine, relatable, down to earth dude and I think that's secretly why this show is so successful.
Not to mention he puts in the work, consistently. You can tell he takes his job seriously. But yeah, he seems to have figured out how to be himself and let that come through, he's easy to like.
And he asks questions that other shows don't, questions fans actually want to ask.

I’ve legit watched every single hot ones episode ever made and don’t know 57% of the guests but the point of a good interview is to learn more about them so idk why ppl complain when they don’t know someone?!

Can you imagine not being interested in watching guests (i.e. some of the rappers people are complaining about) that you've never heard of? I am even MORE excited to watch episodes of people I don't know about so I can see what they're all about? An episode like Mac Demarco is one of my favorites because I legitimately had no idea who he was going in to it and now I think he's an awesome dude and listen to some of his music from time to time

Funny you talk about budget. I think the program is perfect the way you described in another interview: hot wings, black curtain, a bald guy and questions. I was (before you answer this topic on this video) concerned some big TV brand would come offer money, change the format and ruin everything as we see in the movie "Wayne' s World".

One of the discontinued sauces I saw was going for $130 on ebay. Shit's pricey. Also I heard that puckerbutt farms proprietary peppers (namely "pepper x") in the last dab are not getting produced fast enough to keep up with demand.
