Marvel wasn’t pulling people off the street to audition, they were auditioning people who came to them. Not everything needs to be some crazy diverse form of media.
There’s a lot of successful Hispanic actors and comedians, anyways. George Lopez, Danny Trejo, Shakira, Selena Gomez, etc. Nobody’s suppressing Latinos here, I’m not seeing a lack of success.

The southern California taco shop really is a way of life. Even in Phoenix where we essentially stole it. To this day, I can't go to my spot without seeing someone I know. EVERYONE went there after school. Chorizo breakfast burritos, horchata, al pastor, and Fluffy called it... a bean and cheese burrito! Just make sure to get lots of green salsa.
Chicago has a similar scene. Barbacoa, Lengua, menudo! The best stuff!

I met fluffy about 8 or 9yrs ago in the UK he was the nicest guy, he was doing meet & greets for free after and as the venue was kicking us all out he gave everyone his hotel location & arranged it with them that he could do a quick one with everyone and he was adorable! I met Martin Moreno who is the best friend he includes in his stand ups

I’m a foodie and I LOVE a great taco 🌮 place! An authentic taqueria with amazing Mexican Food is truly the best! Nothing like it! Living in Las Vegas and spending a lot of time in Southern California, I’ve been blessed to experience amazing tacos and Mexican food! Fantastic interview!!! So enjoyable!
I love how they show all these mint VW buses, and then when they go outside they climb in a plain looking model. It's like "we don't drive the expensive ones", let's take this base model.

Moved across country a few years ago and had no idea how much I would miss the regular taco shops around every corner. One shop would have the best carne, another would have the best machaca, and so on...

Gabriel, first i love your personality and your down to earth. I grew up in Inglewood California. I went to Kelso elementary school, next to the Lakers Stadium (The Forum) back then. There use to be a gas station with a small restaurant next to it. They sold the BEST chilly 🧀 fries. The best and i still reminisce that little restaurant. Have you ever heard of it? Is it still there? Back in 1988 maybe?
