Indonesian icon NIKI has been an Indomie purist since day one, but today she’s teaming up with BuzzFeed’s Inga Lam in the hopes of broadening her stir-fried noodle horizons. True, it's all back to preferences. I tried a couple of Mie Sedaap before but didn't quiet as like it as Indomie. Overcooked (kinda lembek) Indomie Ayam Bawang with half or full cooked egg, less kuah, and some cabai rawit (or Bon Cabai for substitution), is just the most perfect Indomie in my own opinion.
