3분 50분경 제주 먹갈치, 은갈치 설명 다시합니다.
먹갈치는 그물로 대량으로 잡을때 몸색깔이 검게 변해서 먹갈치,
은갈치는 낚시로 한마리씩 잡아서 박스에 담기때문에 바다에서
나온 색깔 그대로 은색이어서 은갈치 임.

초반은 참조기 5:38은 부세입니다 그런데 9:24 부세조기가 보리굴비입니다 원래는 통보리속에 숙성시키는데 그냥 건조한후 포장할때 형식으로 통보리 뿌리네요 부세는 아프리카민에서 대량으로 잡히는데 100마리기준 5천원입니다 여기에 건조비 인건비해서 한마리당 만원이 넘고 보리굴비정식이 식당에서 3만원이니 폭리를 취하고 소비자는 당하는거네요 ㅠㅠ

I told you so guys, korean packaging is no joke.. and this type of fish is so special kind and bit pricey that we usually serve this during Korea's Thanksgiving day(추석) the packaging is authentically pleasing because koreans are visual type of people..

I salute you people of Korea. Hardworking, your initiative on how to manufacture products produced from the sea and on land. Everything that i've been watching all videos, vlogs from people from your place or tourists, seems too much to be amazed. I've loved them all. Hope you could have business like that here in the Philippines. We have too much resources out here like that kind of fish, the long one, but in reality only the less fortunate have the likes to eat . We are a poor country, but it's too different from your place that even well known celebrities eat sweet potatoes on all movies that i've watched. They eat them without peeling. While here we eat them peeled. The street foods, although it undergo too many process still they sold them at a low price. The quality of the product sold, the cleanliness, everything is perfect. It's a long comments if i stated everything i admired most. God bless u all.

저기에서 사용된 어종은 부세로 중국에서 수입한 물고기인데 우리가 아는 굴비랑 다른어종_바다생선인 부세는 참조기와 많이 비교되는 먹거리입니다. 구이나 탕으로 많이 이용되고 있으며, 조기와 비슷한 맛에 가격이 저렴한 편입니다.

굴비다움 매출 검색해보면 20억 입니다.스토어팜 판매 자사몰 판매도 전혀 그렇게 안보이네요 만약 진짜 150억판매면 세금을엄청나게 누락한거고 돈받고 만드시는 영상이면 광고표기를 하면 좋겠어요 그리고 몇개판매 연매출얼마 이런건 저렇게 허위로 작성하면 안됩니다.

So much packaging wasted just to make a few fish look nice..Styrofoam, plastic, cardboard and a cloth bag for.... Can only imagine how much of a carbon footprint they leave... be simple..just plastic wrap it and tie a ribbon on it..thats all...no need for all the extra glorification and waste.

I do agree it's excessive, but it is done for a couple of reasons. Firstly, to reduce smelling during transportation and since its seafood plastic wrap and styrofoam sealing do reduce the smell. Also, styrofoam is great with water, since seafood needs to be fresh to be less smelly often manufacturers chuck heaps of ice to also keep the seafood fresh and less smelly. Secondly, it's from a marketing type to use excessive, and grande form of packaging to increase the quality of the product. And lastly, if you want to reduce carbon footprint don't eat fish and advocate for fewer seafood consumption as its demand will decrease and the need for mass seafood consumption, you dummy.

You can find the two types in Asian supermarket. 1st one is yellow croaker and the 2nd one is the silver belt fish(deep sea fish).
