The 2020 Audi S4 offers more than muscle. it offers thoughtful design. The high-performance sport sedan receives a host of exterior styling updates for 2020. A new grille, new wheel designs, updated exterior mirrors, and an updated front bumper with the Iconic Audi LED headlights and new LED taillights, that incorporate dynamic turn indicators and updated rear bumper with a new trunklid spoiler. give the 2020 Audi S4 fresh look.
The 2020 Audi S4 is available in three trim levels. Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige. All three are powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged V-6. (349 Horsepower, and 369 pound-feet of torque). Paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission with manual control. And All wheel drive. And hit 0-60 in just 4.4 seconds.
Inside, the 2020 Audi S4 boasts a mix of leather and synthetic materials in a diamond-stitched pattern.

Standard three-zone climate control, 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, and a number of configurable views. In the center stack and 10.1-inch touchscreen display. That allows you to access infotainment through simplified natural voice control.
You can customize your expressive mood with the available Ambient LED lighting in 30 color choices. Front occupants have ample head and legroom. While taller passengers might find the rear seat a tight fit behind a taller driver.

The 2021 Acura TLX, is the first to receive the company's reintroduced Type S nameplate.
The TLX’s stance is a key component to establishing it as a legitimate sports sedan. The Acura’s signature Diamond Pentagon grille makes an appearance on the new tlx with a pedestrian detection radar. That is centered in the surrounding large Acura logo. Compared to its predecessor, the body is 2.2 inches wider, the roof is 0.6 inch lower and the wheelbase grows 3.7 inches more. The new generation Jewel Eye headlights, add four LED elements with bright daytime running lights. Tlx type s also comes with a small spoiler, rear diffuser, summer performance tires, on 20-inch wheels with Brembo brakes, and a quad exhaust.
The 2021 Acura TLX Type S is powered by 3.0-liter turbocharged V6. Although, the Horsepower, and torque numbers of the TLX type S have not yet been revealed but I'm expecting more than 350 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque. Paired with ten-speed automatic transmission, and all-wheel drive. I expect the new tlx type S to hit 0-60 in 4.5 to 6.5 seconds. (estimate).
Inside, the TLX type S has a more expressive design that is intended to highlight its sporty character. Such as attractive boasts nicer cabin materials, open-pore wood, and real aluminum. Its new dimensions provide increased passenger space from side-to-side.
Every TLX features a 10.2-inch infotainment system that's primarily controlled through a touchpad on the center console. Some functions can also be controlled via steering-wheel buttons.
The TLX Type S also offers myriad interior colors. Distinct leather upholstery and desirable features. Includes a large 10.5-inch head-up display, and customizable ambient lighting.

So before all this Acura promised a 3.0L twin turbo V6 and they said 450+hp but now we know its a 3.0L single scroll turbo. Type R engine makes 153hp per litre so its definitely possible to have 450hp but the amount of tuning it will require will be crazy so im sure its gonna have 400hp its gonna blow all the germans out of the water like they used to do decades ago. JUST so you know. A tuned AudI RS3 can EASILY go all the way to 700 + HP. 0 to 60 in 3.5 seconds or less

I've had a 2010 TL with awd and trust me there won't be a single issue in snow with the Acura

I've had an S4 for 10 years. Pretty good longevity wise too. No snow issues, great every day car.
Me too bro. I had a S5 before and I love everything that Audi does, but consider durability of course Japanese car does a better job. This Acura redesign is amazing and I hope it has nice exhaust and 350-400 horsepower. Japanese car really need to develop more models in this range so more people will take them over German lite performance models and have them for long term.
Good choice. I'm still driving my faithful old TL Type S that I bought new way back in 2003. It still runs great and still turns heads. However, I will be selling it soon to get the new TLX Type S.

For Me. I'd choose the TLX for sure. You got the good looks, aggressive, the technology, power, beautiful interior as well AND the reliability of a Japanese motor. Can't go wrong with that. Acura Over Audi in my book

IMHO, Acura’s SH-AWD is a bit better than Audi’s Quattro AWD system.

The 4cyl turbo is 270hp. 6secs is about right. Not for racing. The type s is for speed and performance.

Impossible! 2.0 turbocharged 4cyl Accord does 0-60 in 5.5 sec. How much more 3.0 turbocharged v6?
The base TLX probably will.but probably closer to 5.5-6.0 seconds.
Accelerate slowly and look good doing it > accelerate impatiently like an 18 year old.

Acura is not very reliable of late. But this is nice looking car. And the last Acura TLX was very un reliable. Problems with the transmission. Hopefully they can fix the transmission in the new Acura TLX.
The tlx is 4 inches longer and 3 inches wider.
Its more roomy than the audi and should be faster than the 2.0 litre accord turbo sports as it has similar acceleration times with the type r civic

Hmm!.....unfortunately, the Audi's reliability is an issue! High pressure fuel pump failure, no port injection, excessive oil consumption, erratic tpms readings are just a few issues to look forward to!

I once was very disappointed at Acura (mid 2000s til the previous tlx a spec started look like they have finally realized where they are at). Now, there is no car that is as attractive as the new tlx type S in this segment. My 2 cents. Audi is still beautiful though. BMW on the other hand... their grills are about to touch the ground...

The TLX is nice but Acura says the price will be starting at $55,000 not $45,000, no way it is worth $55K, too many other better option for that price. Price it around $42K - $45 and it would be okay. I like my 2008 TL Type S but no way would I pay $55K+ for one. Been there with Audi and not doing that again, had a 2008 RS4 and a 2011 S5, both okay but I like the Acura better, just not for $55K.

I have a platinum edition maxima 08 fully loaded trouble free 114k miles... Acura tl 2012 awd 3.7 turbocharged 124k miles no problems changed spark plugs at 103k miles thats it both are white

I never understood why people buy vehicles from manufacturers such as Volkswagen (Audi) who have such poor reliability and quality build.
Because they buy new cars and change them often. Most people that value reliability do not buy new cars at all. Manufacturers like Acura would greatly succeed if they could somehow build 3 year old cars not new cars.
Build quality of Audi is way better. Superb materials, fit and finish, brilliant ergonomics and driving experience. Acura is a shit plastic box.

Owned a 2003 A4 turbo....100k miles...no issues. Easy to maintain...raced it around all the time. It wasn't bullet quick off the line...but going well over 100... Smooth as glass.... Well balanced and in winter...lol I left everyone behind.

Which of the two has the most tacky bumper ugly and boring? cheap plastic holes and absurd false air outlets that are useless at all, well maybe if to absorb the garbage from the streets especially when it is airy, because instead of those stupid ugly air outlets it is better to install some beautiful front fog lights and some led daytime night lights on the front skirt etc more quality more safety tools in lights see and be seen and less idiocy and absurd photocopies of cheap mercedes benz fashions, and once again this is for Japanese car brands that They have the fucking mania of putting plenty of clear glass-colored plastic on the rear optics, not only do they look worse schemes, they also give a poor and sad image to the cars, always and better in the rear optics the amber red color
