I’m glad that Epic listened to the community and kept no building in a separate playlist so that people who want to build can and those who don’t, don’t have to.
This game mode is sooooooo good. I stopped playing because of the spam building but recently came back to try the no build and absolutley love it. Now people that love building modes can play them and the people that love just straight battle royale action can have their fun too. Good move making this a permanent mode.

Same, I never liked building although I had to learn it way back in season 4 in order to not be deleted instantly. And with the new tryhard agenda I hated the game. Now I will give it a chance again.
50v50 would be a great game mode for this kind of gameplay. Two sides at war with tanks, armored buses, armored cars with cow catchers, turrets, and the extra weapons & mobility, and best of all no building!
I thought this would be the lamest thing ever. But it's actually so much fun. It speeds up the games dramatically, and it feels like ypu always have to get moving. Verry good
The game feels a lot less campy now because whilst you can hide inside buildings unlike other shooters your cover can be destroyed, forcing you to constantly be on the move.
One of the best and one of the worst cause now there are these little f****ng people that camp on the zeppelins and Beam you like a frickin maniac but it's also good cause you dont waste time building you just shooting back

Great trailer, and gonna be a great mode. This gives you options on how you want to play, with your sweaty skills in standards, or a no builds mode to play differently. That keeps your options fresh

I was really surprised when I learned that they disabled building for this season. It feels so much better than before. So keep it up Epic and try not screwing it up

What I personally love about no building is the fact that you have to strategise more on how to approach an enemy and how to have the upper hand instead of mindless building. This is the most i have enjoyed this game in a long while!

I love this because now battles won’t take 5 hours because sweats constantly build and edit for most of the battle it’s all regular combat and it’s more balanced

For a long time i refused to play this game because of this building mechanic, but when this came out i tried it and was hooked. I love it, just way too late. Update: i love building too now. I learned it quickly by playing with others and pretty much play only building currently.
im by no means a bad builder, perhaps above average on building and editing but never liked it. i dont want to have to shoot someone and get a damn sky scraper to shoot at to find them. zero build is honestly super nice as im never into building just gunplay

I started in season 2 chapter 1 and the last time I played was season 1 chapter 2 but this has brought me back and I have bought the battle pass. Very glad this mode is here.

Hello folks I’m new here. I’m typical oldschool player raised on Quake and Unreal Tournament. I respect Fortnite, but this game wasn’t for me. I'm pretty lazy to learn how build. It is too difficult for me. Without these skills play Fortnite doesn’t make sense. Since last big update finally build is over. So I decided back to game. Now game is much easier for new players. However I still see place for improvements, especially in no build mode. Sprint is ok, parkour is ok, but there is problem with close combat. There is no mechanics to avoid attacks from close combat. In classic Fortnite we have build meachanic, so If someone attack us, we can fast create wall to block bullets. In no build mode not. So, how about add in no build mode special movement system. Add ducks. It called dodging in Unreal Tournament and this system works great. It’s very usefull and skillful and Epic knows how does this (They created UT). With this mechanics player has chance to survive close combat if he dodged well. It still depends how are you good at this. That’s all. Tell me what do you think about this feature. In my opinion it could help new players be better and matches will be more interesting. See ya
I haven’t played fortnite since season x, played since season 2 around Christmas 2017. The no building is what brand me back it’s enjoyable. Permanent mode epic!
Hope is a perm mode and they learn from their brother realm royale , being able to climb through windows and be able to drop from plane straight to the ground with or without glider would be amazing :)

I’m new here. I’m typical oldschool player raised on Quake and Unreal Tournament. I respect Fortnite, but this game wasn’t for me. I'm pretty lazy to learn how build. It is too difficult for me. Without these skills play Fortnite doesn’t make sense. Since last big update finally build is over. So I decided back to game. Now game is much easier for new players. However I still see place for improvements, especially in no build mode. Sprint is ok, parkour is ok, but there is problem with close combat. There is no mechanics to avoid attacks from close combat. In classic Fortnite we have build meachanic, so If someone attack us, we can fast create wall to block bullets. In no build mode not. So, how about add in no build mode special movement system. Add ducks. It called dodging in Unreal Tournament and this system works great. It’s very usefull and skillful and Epic knows how does this (They created UT). With this mechanics player has chance to survive close combat if he dodged well. It still depends how are you good at this. That’s all. Tell me what do you think about this feature. In my opinion it could help new players be better and matches will be more interesting.

This pretty much brought back to the game. I stopped playing specifically because I couldn't stand the building.
I haven’t played fortnite since season x, played since season 2 around Christmas 2017. The no building is what brand me back it’s enjoyable. Permanent mode epic!

Hope is a perm mode and they learn from their brother realm royale , being able to climb through windows and be able to drop from plane straight to the ground with or without glider would be amazing :)
