Gag orders for democratic sounds like a bit much. As soon as you let them talk they incriminate themselves.
If this was any non-politically connected citizen they would move forward with a swift conviction. Because you have felony tax evasion on your record it would allow the IRS to go back as far as it wants to audit your returns and really bend you over; most certainly they would go back through your tax records and bring any additional cases that it sees as serious tax evasion.
For Hunter Biden I expect these charges to not only be reduced at a minimum but the IRS will not be looking back at his lifetime returns to see if there were any issues with his filings.

We need to be able to vote for or AGAINST candidates in an election... That way when decent people see people running on questionable values, honest people can vote against them. This neutralizes the watered down effect especially when there are more than two candidates. It also helps motivate people to go out and vote when they don't like any candidate, but really don't like one of them... This would end pandering to special interests and woke.
