I have a small farm and I mean it's 500 acres is small by most people's standards where I live and I used to allow people to reside on parts of my property in exchange for them to contribute you know helping on the farm and I got to the point where these people turned out to be drug addicts and you know they didn't want to work or earn their keep I thank God I live in a trump red state where it took only one phone call for the sheriff to get the money my property

Multnomah County, Oreganistan, over 1,000,000 spent removing homeless and their trash from a nature preserve. It will take decades for the land to recover.
If it were a state legislature's or a judge's property there would be a bill on the floor within 24 hours.

I live in central Florida and when I put my home up for sale, I gave my neighbors my phone number asking them if they see ANYONE on my property to call me. After the "for sale sign" was posted and my home hit Zillow, it wasn't even a week when a neighbor called saying there's someone on my property peeking in windows, trying to open windows, smoking cigarettes and trying to break through my fence. I called the local police repeatedly to report an attempted home invasion and various trespassing incidents. Eventually the police began doing a patrol each night looking for trespassers. The house went under contract a few months later.
Chances are these people don't have much family and won't be missed...take care of it the old fashioned way
I doubt their families care about them.
