I quit buying many food items, even though i can afford them as my children are raised, and I no longer have to feed a family. However, I refuse to do so based on principle. I live in a rural area and refuse to pay 7.84 for a bag of chips. I will buy potatoes and make my own with less preservatives. It is a disgrace and i pray for those that need to shelter, cloth and feed their children, for the homeless, seniors and veterans. If the US spent more money at home vs trying to secure other countries borders and fight their wars, We The People would be much better off! GOD Bless.
