I dont really take public transport but I totally get how unaware people can be. Just today I was getting groceries at a very busy time, so I stood in line but a bit ways back so that I could let other people pass by. Well, this one lady didnt realize I was already there, and she cut right in front of me. I was already waiting a while so I got upset and just found another line instead. I also work in customer service and I've experienced clueless people almost daily
