San going from not knowing how to dance to becoming the best performer in kpop praised by idols and professionals, starting with a skinny body that even affected his confidence to growing into this big muscle man with the most perfect body that people can’t help but praise every time they see him.
He really is the definition of hard work.
I have no doubt he worked hard to improve his skills but what he had in his hand is called protein.....and that's what helped his body to buff up and build muscles not hard work.......a skinny person can work in the gym for years and will never come to the same result as him because that's how your body is structured,u can build muscles but don't buff up, like Jackie chan or Bruce Lee.....they were quite thin but muscular.
@@skdoremi6666re you joking. He lifts and works out a lot consistently. He’s totally built naturally and protein is food its like taking vitamins, it’s not steroids💀 why are you gatekeeping muscles and discrediting his hard work. There’s nothing unrealistic about his body.

Most people who are out of shape and overweight eat much more protein than San does everyday but the difference is hard work in the gym.
Protein is a supplement and everyone gets protein just from eating meat and fish etc.
Protein is not responsible for building muscle, hard work in the gym is. Your muscles need a reason to grow, and this happens when you damage your muscle fibres through doing difficult workouts in the gym.
Protein affects the recovery of the muscle, not the breakdown which is the most important.

@@skdoremi6666 what do you even mean??? the basic process of gaining muscle/bulk is constant exercise and intake of more protein yes. that's how it works? which means that protein shakes etc aren't some miracle worker, they're supplements to the protein you eat in your meals and you have to carefully balance your diet with your workouts, which is ANOTHER element of gaining muscle that requires so much more discipline and hard work. san wants bigger muscles and wants to feel confident so he worked on bulking up. you bring up jackie chan and bruce lee like they COULDNT gain bulk when its just that that's not what they ever aimed for????
He always supports or talks about Ateez whenever he can. You can tell how comfortable they are with him. Love this reunion ❤️

San if you’ll ever read this know that i’m so incredibly proud of you. I remember watching contents back then and you used to say how you didn’t like your body, that you were too skinny and that affected your self esteem as well.
Now seeing you with this great body that it’s all the result of your hard work, seeing people praising you and telling you that you have such a nice body and you smiling so wide makes me so so happy.

San is literally all about hardwork. The amount of respect i have for this man is insane. He has worked so hard wether it's his dancing or his physice. He used to be skinny back then, he always wanted to gain muscles, so he worked hard and now look at him. Wow. Also his perfect posture is so cool. You will never see choi san sitting in a bad posture.
I love how at 7:14 wooyoung says san is really good at encouraging others to work out and making them feel motivated and then when they're all trying out pushups you can really see san being so involved! especially at around 19:06 when he's just making little comments for wooyoung and the others :')) hes such a good kind friend

Watching the mutual respect and genuine appreciation between our ATEEZ and Kim Jong Kook is amazing. The way KJK clearly likes our boys. Seeing Sani beaming with pride at how his hard work is being recognized. And Mingi! The number of times he hugged KJH. It was like hero worship! I love that there isn’t a single senior or expert in the industry who doesn’t love our ATEEZ. It says a lot about how incredible our boys are. 🫶🏴☠️👑🌶️

This was wonderful! And San spent the entire time sitting straight up at attention, like he was in taekwando dojang, absorbing lessons respectfully from a senior. 😆Always love KJK and Ateez. His knowledge of the human body is really astounding. And of course Yunho had perfect pushup posture. 😂. They are such a physical group, this was really fun to watch!
