I- are we not going to talk about the fact that the older sister is 16 and the younger sister is 2 years younger.. meaning she is 14 and wouldn’t be able to drive in the first place-

Yeah but doesn't the big sister at the school say she(little sister) was sixteen? ( 10:19 ) "she's a 16 year old witch in 7th grade" I'm not sure if it said that she was 14 ever in the story. I may be wrong. also, when she got out of the coma ( 5:02 ) it says she was 16. So that means she would be the okay age to drive.

I wouldn't forgive Patty. She could have killed her own sister and she literally made everyone of her younger sister's friends against her younger sister just because she is in a coma for a long time. It's not the younger sister's fault that Patty is in a coma, it's Patty's fault for being jealous. Accidents just happens and you can't just take it out on your sister. The younger sister is just a kid. At least Patty's biggest achievement is getting out of a coma and start her life again.
