To the people wondering why βTKβ stands for βto come,β itβs rly because the letter K grabs your attention better than C according to physiologists.

As a person with autism, writing fast has always been a struggle for me, especially since I have such messy handwriting...but I was always one of the fastest readers in every class I've ever been in
Reading comprehension is so much more of a useful skill than reading quickly imo, I'd rather read 1 word every 5 seconds and fully understand it over being able to read a 1000 page book in a day without a firm understanding of what you are actually reading.
this depends on the material you're reading, but fast reading is an important skill. If I'm reading a novel, news article or a study paper for a reference then fast reading is more efficient. I do agree with you tho on people who "fast read" heavy books are just tricking themselves with barley comprehending anything.
@@yfrufeyfryd2129 yeah, people that claim to read like... idk... 500 pages in a day, or just generally something absurd, likely do not remember the information whatsoever
Y'all I'm really proud to tell this to y'all that I got 20/20 on my history test that I studied hard for last night. I'm so happy cuz I've never got full marks π
Another tip, if ur having struggles creating a good and interesting intro or conclusion or just having troubles transitioning through paragraphs, instead of spending minutes trying to make it flow nice and sound good, quickly just say βin conclusionβ for example, and continue on with ur conclusion, then once ur finished go back and your chances of thinking of a good way to start those paragraphs will increase.
Imagine you finish an essay, send it to the teacher, and the teacher asks you in an email, "What is TK?" and you realize that there are a bunch of TK's.
I can confirm this. I prefer to put XYZ in capital letters, bc it's easier to locate later. Another tip is to keep parts of sentences you already typed and maybe edited/corrected. Put them in a separate paragraph below your text and you'll have the possibility to add them to your text later saving you even more time.
i can't be sure but in greek there isn't a letter C, instead they use K (kappa) since it still produces that same hard C sound, so perhaps it comes from there

She was enjoying immensely. She didnβt want him TK soon.
My essay be like TK TK TK TK TK TK TK TK

'How to write faster'
me: writes gibberish
This guy is amazing
Y'all I'm really proud to tell this to y'all that I got 20/20 on my history test that I studied hard for last night. I'm so happy cuz I've never got full marks π
Yayyy good job!!
My entire essay would just be tktktktktktktktktk
Broo i needed this yesterday bruh π

When your school doesn't use laptops: *visible frustration*
Imagine you finish an essay, send it to the teacher, and the teacher asks you in an email, "What is TK?" and you realize that there are a bunch of TK's.
imagine forgetting that you wrote one π
Honestly, that would just make me even more distracted. Instead, I just highlight the word in some way, so I know I want to change

My entire essay was "TK TK TK, TK TK.."
Me- just rights TK for my whole essay
School- Uhh. Thatβs not how itβs supposed to work
Me- sometimes my geniusβ¦ itβs just frightening
I can confirm this. I prefer to put XYZ in capital letters, bc it's easier to locate later.
Another tip is to keep parts of sentences you already typed and maybe edited/corrected. Put them in a separate paragraph below your text and you'll have the possibility to add them to your text later saving you even more time.
My thousand word essay is just gonna be TK over and over
I work as a waitress, so over time, Iβve gained the ability the read the messiest writing and I can write SUPER quick lmao
TK? Iβm so confused. Come doesnβt start with a K. Why not TC?
i can't be sure but in greek there isn't a letter C, instead they use K (kappa) since it still produces that same hard C sound, so perhaps it comes from there
@@meh_81 Its because TK are letters that don't normally occur together often so when searching a document occurences of TK will be purposeful rather than just part of other words. TC do occur more often in words eg. outcome
@@Cj_B i wish my teachers back at school would let us use phones ngl. i'm in college (uk) now so they're more lenient and the only reason i know about greek is bc i've just started an ancient greek course (i hated history but loved ancient history)
@@danielblackboada ngl i've never heard anyone use TC as outcome. idk how it is for whichever country you're in, but people immediately think of TK maxx in the uk when TK is mentioned so it isn't the most uncommon phrase in the world
the phrase that's second nature today, OK, is just a slanderized version of All Correct, Oll Korrect. probably something like that
