Yes, men can be abused, and AH is a neurotic, but so is JD.
I am sure they are both liars.
They both deserve each other.
Neither of them is poor (compared to normal working people).
They could have easily separated after the first unacceptable incident. But they didn't. Probably because they liked a certain kind of aggressiveness about each other.

Kate Moss wanted to testify even before she was asked to! The reason why they can bring up other type of violence was because of the scope of Amber's claims. All Amber claimed was that JD pushed Kate Moss down the stairs and that's all they needed to disprove. Amber's lawyers had every chance to interrogate Kate Moss regarding other incidents if there had been proof that JD had abused Kate Moss and if this proof is relevant enough at court. Kate Moss lives a quiet life in England, she's married and have kids and hasn't been associated with JD ever since their breakup, I'm so confused as to how you people think they were forced to testify when other superstars and actors have been denying to testity (ex. Jason Monos, James Franco, etc.)

It was beyond the scope of questioning to ask anything further. Amber brought up story of Kate Moss being allegedly thrown down the stairs when they had agreed at the beginning of the trial not to bring up past relationships. She tied what she had “ heard” about the incident into her “ made up or exaggerated story” about the stairs in the penthouse . Kate Moss came to rebut her testimony, and could only specifically tell about what happened on the stairs.

How did she look scared that's just her face she has beautiful bone structure. For you to say why did she say I've never been kicked hit pushed down the stairs that was the point the only thing that was in question was Johnny Depp pushing her down the stairs. To go into depth with more questions with her would have been beyond the scope the whole point again was just the stairs situation Amber spoke of. Ambers a complete idiot absolutely everything out of her mouth is a lie. She knew to change the Kate Moss story to fit her narrative. Every single photo she put into evidence were lies.. Awful funny when she goes to get the TRO had a big bruise and a mark on her cheek and then the very next day with Rocky she's out in public and there's no marks no swollen cheek... In court you usually address specific thing, for eg. if you were asked a certain question, you are expected to answer directly. If you say anything else it won’t be filed or recognised because the jury has a goal before stepping into the court. In this case, amber accused him of “pushing kate off a staircase”. So the jury just wants to hear whether that took place or not. It wouldn’t have affected the motion if kate was to add on about how he did or didn’t ever assault her. She would need to file another lawsuit about that all on its own. And do you really think somebody as powerful as Kate moss would be scared to stand up against him or be forced to testify for him? I guess you really don’t wanna be disappointed in amber huh.. I mean even her friends didn’t want to testify for her because they know she’s lying
