No, not really. She's suggesting licensing. He didn't have a license to operate the motor vehicle that he drove there. I'm not opposed to some proficient faculty and staff concealed carrying in schools with annual training and psych evaluation. I can clearly see how that would at least significantly reduce casualties. I feel pretty certain that if I was on the wrong side of the law, I wouldn't have issues finding weapons of some type. I would, however, think twice about perpetrating those deeds where I would be met with instant opposition.

(If he acts that way in public, how do you think he acts at home toward his wife & children?)
I no longer believe you can attack the gun problem through anti-gun legislation or re-education. The only way to rid the nation of the gun problem is to rid the nation of the Republican Party. There is no right way to grieve, people have their own way of grieving. Just because he isn’t showing “physical” emotion in this, doesn’t mean he isn’t emotional about this at all.
He handled the situation very well, and also the Beto incident. They’re both hurt, but the Mayor was in the right In that situation. Beto lost his emotions during the grieving process in that meeting. It was not meant for politics, but just simply to move forward and come together. Beto didn’t do that, and for a situation like that for him to criticize the governor is a lack of maturity on his end…In which the mayors reaction to call him a Son of a bitch in front everyone although may not have “Looked” mature….For what Beto did was completely unacceptable, he wasn’t there for the people of Uvalde in that meeting. Just for himself, and for the mayor to call him a son of a bitch in that moment. Beto rightfully deserved the name.

Is he calm during a tragedy like this? We all grieve, but when you’re the governor/mayor/president and it’s all happening at once…You have to be calm. A bit of information I'd like to know... They said he didn't have a driver license... Were the rifles purchased? From where? How much? My thoughts are, if I wanted a rifle, I'd go to a place that sells them. I'd have to present my driver license. I'd have to pay maybe eight hundred dollars each for them. Who knows how much for the accessories and ammunition? That's a tall order for an eighteen year old dropout. So many questions
