Gabriel was one of the most amazing voices I've ever heard literally and there's a Lotta good ones out there that goes to show you there's a lot of people that can sing their asses off. It's all about who you know and the timing.
I would love to know his octave range, those Mariah runs and then the lower notes where you almost can hear Whitney it was truly a beautiful surprise and his voice is incredible.

@@Milburt Not all of them can be scripted, some people have started tearing up and crying when they're stopped, horrified that they're being stopped because they're so bad. Unless these first time stage singers are professional actors and can cry on command.

@@Milburt Yeah that's obvious, they have the sign up for a reason and a backstage "interview" that the viewers rarely see, but the actual event of stopping them and telling them to sing a second song is not always something that the contestant was aware of, thus, not being scripted all the time.
