Would love to see more conversion builds! A train would be fun, I know we have some Debug train pieces that could be used. This is so cute!

The two things left out are a shower and a place for trash. An outdoor shower next to the toilets would work. And garbage cans in a few areas would look natural.

Conversions are fun! A train would be so cool, maybe a boat (I know you’ve done one before but maybe a different kind?) what about a gas station?! I once saw a little tiny gas station (not like the big mini mart type, more little hut for the clerk with maybe a small refrigerator section type) converted to a tiny home and that could be cool!

ive lived trying to cram as much storage into a room as possible and TRUST ME, under-bed storage is essential!! You can actually do this by raising up your bed and adding a basement to the room and placing a unit with a drawer in there, and then using the 9 key to raise it up so you can see the drawers. Adding a ladder should let the sims get in!

omg a few of these on a lot as a rental would be such fun gameplay. group of friends or family could go "glamping"😅 especially with the public washroom could do seperate showers and laundry like a campsite haha

I love this! If I ever do van life, I would opt for the full bathroom as some have because I couldn’t deal with just truck stops for showers and the toilet under the counter.

Brilliant idea! The author's imagination deserves praise🤩 But you missed several important life moments: a shelf with seedlings and books above the bed - first hit your head on it when waking up, and then the books may fall when the car moves. It would be possible to put a bunk bed and place a work or dining area under it, thereby saving a lot of space and perhaps it would even be possible to install a shower instead of a bookcase?
Is the building decorative or can Sims actually live in it?

Goodness woman! I started with this video yesterday (needed something to watch while crocheting lol) and since I LOVE tiny houses this was perfect! From here I watched many of your others and then of course I had to stop crocheting to go download lol. I am now armed with I think all of your “littles”. I have evicted all households from willow creek and am replacing the houses with them…but I find I need a little house for a chef. Definitely cute! If you ever update this, good idea would make a small bathroom that has showers as this would be typical in camp grounds - The ones from Seasons would be perfect.

you could’ve added a bunk bed to make it more functional, and also some (fancy )vans do have beds that go up and down, and although that does not exist in the sims, a bunk bed could pretend to do that
