You asked and I got you! Yes Angel is ok and so am I. We are ready for your next request. What will it be?
Hey! I love your vids!

Guga.. Man tried your experiment with habanero, Jalapeños, etc....
Dry Aged Venison?

Best comment 😆
How would it actually go though?
I heard weed is legal so why not try that instead

They do live in Miami....
Dry-age in HONEY. Honey is hygroscopic and doesn’t spoil. It can be used as an antibiotic to treat injuries.
I would be interested but then honey doesn't have anything special other than its viscosity and sweetness, so it would be like dry aging in sweet and thick water
I suspect the tendency to discourage bacterial growth might hinder the aging process, or even lead to the growth of undesirable bacteria over the desirable stuff. Then again, could be the opposite. Would be an interesting--if pricey--experiment. (Especially if agar cultures are taken during/after to identify the bacteria types that develop!)
Bbq honey sauce 10/10
Ahmd_Nabeel is that supposed to be an insult lmao
Make this comment popular, this is a pretty cool idea that would be great for a video
The reason it is super mouldy is because of the high sugar content of the Nutella . This gives a lot of food for the mould to feed on.
Trust your nose.
Angel: trusts his nose and puts it down.

Yessss satisfying 🤤
The New Minecrafter much better than Nutella I’d imagine. Sugar + salt. It’s like a sweet marinated piece of biltong
@@danedi2951 first I feel wierd but again I think that's make sense and better than Nutella.
The New Minecrafter it could be a soft caramel.

Broke viewers: I've never been in the same room as a truffle.
The best comment ever.
Hahahaha

i felt that
I thought he was talking about chocolate truffles.
Here's my take. This steak got decomposed by mold, that's why it's so mushy. Maybe this is where the off-truffle taste came from, too?
Thats exactly what happened. Shouldnt have been eaten but atleast he's fine ig.
@@TheFatcake1234 well... Aside from getting sick right away, mold toxins also act as carcinogens, which means that even if you take in little doses, those might elevate your odds of getting cancer. This is why you are encouraged to throw out moldy food😅

dry age in chocolate? But no sugar in the chocolate: just get a 100% cacao baking bar, melt it, and no sugar. That's probably how the mold happened so badly.
Pure chocolate powder?
Bacteria likes sugar not mold. Mold is attracted to moisture it was probably not aged correctly.
@@xFirestormStudios As well as bacteria, fungi grow utilizing sugars as their carbon source, so yes, they do like sugars too.
Maybe follow the nutella recipe but instead of sugar, use hone or some other inverse sugar. Would that work?
@@xFirestormStudios i'm thinking the nutella formed a barrier that the moisture can't permeate. I mean Nutella can get really hard when cold. This resulted in a layer of moisture between the meat and the nutella where the meat juices collected and can't escape from. It was literally a recipe for disaster.
10:43 his smile and optmism: gone
I so love these experiments. And it's actually suprising that some even taste good or even better. General, not just this one. ✌️
This is how The Last of Us started.
Just wait until this title hits the front //Dry aged steak in human semen, here’s what happened//
😭😭😭
Yes! It looked just like the spores in tloa
😂 omg I almost swallowed my gum!
Lmao
It sounds to me that that Mould got real deep and personal with that steak. What I think happened is that the nutella actually kept the moisture in instead of letting it out. and since the steak was never dried it never firmed up and allowed the micelium to penetrate all the way into the steak instead of staying in the surface like other dry aged meats and hams and started digesting it in its entirety, that's why it was so tender. What you described as trouffle-like flavor was the mould body itself. What I think saved the steak was that the mould quickly took over and produced penicilin, preventing other germs to rot it.
Got real deep and personal~
That’s crazy, I hope you’re not joking

I love these videos and his voice and the way he speaks is SO relaxing!
Bro's guardian angel was like💀
The meat was decomposing and the mold had started to break up the proteins. That made it more soft. But eating it is not good. One time wont kill you, but better dont duplicate that
Never seen a dude with that much passion for meat though
XD he ate rotten meat and said "omg its so good"
Maybe go for 15 days next time... Just sayin 🙄
my granny ate mold all the time during ww2. She is 86 Now without any health problems.
@@schleifenquantengravitation Yeah, and Winston Churchill smoked cigars, drank whiskey and was fat and made it to 90. So obviously, there's no health risks to smoking, excess alcohol consumption and obesity. Oh wait, no, that's not how statistics work, at all.
And apparently eating cheese twice will kill you now
Nutella is mostly sugar... so when you coated the steak, any bit of bacteria and/or fungi had an all you can eat buffet right around it. When the Nutella dried out (which happens even faster in a refrigerator), it probably cracked and oxygen got in and they started feasting.
Exactly what i thought
I want to vomit.
O GOD
not bacteria though. nutella, like honey, is so sweet bacteria can hardly grow. only fungi can really grow in there and theyd way more likelly prefer the nutella over the meat.
TLDR: it was a sweet AF stake with salt and pepper...
doomed
Only fungi because too much sugar doesn't allow bacteria to grow. We actually use sugar to protect things from bacteria
10:57 guga forgot english 😂
Lovve the Experiment! Idk why but what sounds like a Honda Banging gears in the background while you guys are laughing had me rolling. It was hilarious how you noticed and mentioned it.

bruh the mold on that was a complete turn off, never could have brought myself to eat the meat beneath lol
luckily we've got Guga to try it for us!
It’s fine as long as you cut it off, it’s pretty normal
Dry age meat will have mold.
yeap complete turn off, cause it was wet mold
Foreskin Man that is just Not True. Just because you cut the Part out where you can see the mold does not mean there is none left
Remember guys, fungus isn't just on the surface. The "roots" could reach the center of whatever organic thing they're growing on.
That's partially true. If its a rather hard solid food, like parmesan cheese, you can take out the mold and it will be safe for consumption.
But on meat? (wich is made of soft tissue)
That's a big no no...
What happens when while he was cooking the meat though what happened to the mold
@@spec4455 well spores can resist high temps so probably nothing

There is one problem with this one: It didnt dry aged, so it created fungus. The liquid inside the meat couldnt get out because of the hardened nutela, and that "sweat" is probably not even 10% of the liquid that should be out of the meat. If it created fungus but it was dry aged correctly it would be eatble because fungus need liquids to grow, so they would have grow just on the outside
