  • First things comes first!
    You will need to do from 5 to 15 minutes of warming up, use the treadmill, stepper or any of your favorite machine or do free warmup In the track or gym, start light in weight and do like 20 to 25 repetitions for 2 sets, its also advised to warmup your shoulders before doing a chest exercise.
    I start by Lower chest first so not to engage much of my ahoulders and to avoid aby shoulder pain or injury, I used the pull-ups assistance machine to push down concentrating on my lower chest decline part.
    Then I am Making flat pushups or bench press by this I am gradually moving from down/ lower part of my chest to the top/upper part.
    I end then by 2 exercises for the upper chest one using the dumbbells (dumbbells press) for a focus on the upper wide area of the chest and another using the bar close grip for focus on the upper and middle, Inner area between my chest.
