Guys, we need to do another GoFundMe. Not because Hila and Ethan are the best and we love them, but because this case is so much bigger than these two. These two could have easily settled, and come out much richer for it. But instead they put their ass on the line, because Ethan and Hila care about the principle of the matter. If these two lose, a dangerous precident could be set in the legal system that criticizing public figures on the internet under fair use is not allowable anymore. This is all about freedom of speech.

I work in Family Law, but from my understanding they should be able to fight for attorney's fees now that they are getting to the end of the case, and if the Judge grants that to them then BaldGuy will be ordered by the court to pay off their attorney's bill and reimburse them for the payments they've already made since he's the one that has wasted everyone's time. That's how it's done during a divorce/separation at least.

If you go back to the original video you will see the original offer to settle this was that h3 would delete the video, say they are sorry and pay this bald jackass $4,000 and he would drop the suit. But, Ila and Ethan refused to accept that deal because they thought it would open the door for the rest of the KRplus community to be wide open for these "ransom" style suits. If your offended someone made fun of you and used part of your video as the basis of their reaction just threated a suit and demand a few grand to drop the suit... clearly one of those typical selfish and greedy d bags that litter the US. This lawsuit got me so unbelievably upset. I'm not a streamer or content creator in any way but this suit is just plain immoral

I don't know where you guys are with this right now but I really relate to this personally. My family and I we live paycheck to paycheck and we had a complicated thing happen with one of the owners of our rented house where he tries to sue us for over 20,000 and we didn't even have the money for a lawyer luckily the owner didn't either. We're still waiting on a judgement for the whole thing and it feels like such a heavy weight on my heart and a heavy cloud over my head. We could end up homeless because of this guy. We did a lot of research and worked hard to pull together evidence from our side but without a lawyer things are tough. So you're right about the justice system being against poor people because we had to pay $200 just to contest the lawsuit. I really hope everything works out for you guys or it did work out because being afraid of losing everything and being stuck with that feeling is terrible. Love you guys and good luck.

i love coming back to watch the lawsuit videos because ya'll really stuck it out for the community.
