Colorblind people just confuse colors, they "know" all the color pallette but they can confuse blue with purple or with green. But they know all the colors. That's why Logan Paul is a faking it, he acts as he ia discovering new colors.
Take it as if those glasses just help your eyes to rearrange colors when light enters your eyes.
It accentuates the colors you have difficulty seeing. I have the same colorblindess this Logan guy claims to have (red/green). It doesn't mean I can't see red and green. It means I have difficulty differentiating certain shades of reds and greens from browns and grays.
So like, forest green to me looks brown. Maroon looks brown. Burgundy looks brown.
These glasses basically just jack up the red/green receptors to normal. So I can now tell the difference between forest green and brown. And things that were already green or red now seem a lot more vivid and clear. But you don't actually see any new colors.

Austin Reviello Logan is probably mild deutan color blind where certain shades of reds and greens and yellows look similar I also have a case of mild deutan color blind and was able to see most of the lights colors at the end of the video
