전 진짜 베트남에서 한국으로 못올뻔했어요ㅠㅠ 작년 2월3일에 코로나가 시작됬는데 (작년)2월2일에 도착했어요ㅠ 진짜 베트남 지금 밖에 못나가는 상황인데 많이 힘드시죠? 힘내세요! 😭

Ty for showing how you make your meals 😀 what's the pot you cooked these in & why do you use one of those instead of a regular pot with a lid? How long is each time you boiled/cooked these for & what'd you do to them after you rinse them before the second boil? You make these look so good are they all fatty out is there some meat on them too? Thank you for answering if/when you do/see this 😀🤗💞 I hope you're staying safe with all that's been going on 😀🤗💞
These feet are extremely hard to soften down just by a simple boiling (would need around an hour or more to do so because it contains of hard tendon and bones) so she used a pressure pot to boil it instead(shorten the boiling time to 30 mins, hence all the steam coming off). She boils the feet in the first round just to cook the feet but not to soften it down so that she can remove all the hairs (using a knife to scrap it off bc it wont be pleasurable to eat with all that stiff hair) these hairs will be hard to remove if the feet have not been cooked. After she scraped all the hair off she put them back in the pot again but this time to soften them up so she used a pressure cooker instead and walla! All the tendons are cooked (they will turn to visible gelatin, glass like looking). The texture will be similar to jelly but more stiff and chewy and that is what makes this meal so yum!! If you undercook these feet, they are going to be very stiff to chew and that's why pressure cooker is recommended.
