I have never eaten such Delicious Cabbage!
This is a new cabbage dish I tried, and it's really good, so I want to share it with you guys
Kids really enjoy it too😊
➤ Ingredients
- 180g cabbage
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce (pizza sauce or ketchup)
- 70g mozzarella cheese
- sausage
- 1/4 onion
➤ Tips
- After washing the cabbage, remove the water thoroughly and use it
- You can adjust the amount of mozzarella cheese as you want
- You can add any toppings you want

I made this tonight and the family RAVED about it. This is going to be a regular at our house. A few changes needed, though. The "pancake/crust" will not hold together, and flipping it is impossible. It needs 2 extra eggs and cheese mixed in to make it solid. Also, if you don't want to flip it, just cook one side in a skillet til it is done through, add toppings and then put it under a broiler for a few minutes to brown the top, It is delicious, though, even if it falls apart. 😋

Found this video yesterday, made it last night for dinner. We are trying to do low carb, and this was excellent. I modified it to our tastes (used roasted tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, roasted peppers instead of the sauce). Oh, and thanks to the person who suggested an extra egg and some cheese - I flipped it over with no problems.
This will be a great staple, as you can do anything with the "crust" to change it up. THANK YOU!

my grandma always cook cabbage this way when I was a kid, she always put the mix of coriander, pepper and chilli sauce on it. It always bring back my childhood memories every time I eat it

Fiz hoje, e amei! Separei as folhas do repolho antes de picar e lavei só com água. Na cobertura usei fatias bem finas de linguiça calabresa ao invés de salsicha, acrescentei orégano e tomate cereja. Super rápido de fazer e ficou excelente!! Deus te abençoe e obrigada por compartilhar!

Eu fiz, ficou delicioso, coloquei rodelas de tomate com alho para assar com azeite, depois joguei essa mistura do repolho com ovos temperado com curcuma, orégano, pimenta, duas colheres de chá de açúcar demerara, uma pitada de sal rosa, cominho e manjericão. Ralei queijo coalho por cima, mas virei pra assar o outro lado. Pra finalizar coloquei molho de tomate natural por cima mas era pra ter colocado antes do queijo rsrs. Ficou parecendo uma pizza mas fiz para almoçar com bife. Uma deliciaa! Vou fazer dia domingo como se fosse pizza pois o sabor é muito parecido, daí acrescento, calabresa, frango ou camarão, dependendo do sabor que eu quiser. Essa receita me salvou, serve pra várias ocasiões e sacia bastante. Obrigada por postar. ❤❤👏👏🥰😋😋

Looks like it would work with all kinds of veggies. A recipe to clean out the fridge of that leftover carrot, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, or just anything else that can be shredded and fried.

다이어트 할때 해먹기 시작했는데 다이어트 안할때도 맛있어서 계속 해먹고 있어요 ㅎㅎ 다이어트 할때는 토마토소스 말고 스리라차 소스로 대체 해먹었는데 그것도 꿀맛이더라구요 ㅎㅎ 나름 꿀팁입니다! :)

Looks interesting, I just par boil then fry my cabbage with bacon and butter with a bit of black pepper. I think it's an Irish thing.

@@andreyfateev6860 Тут не указано, какая именно капуста. На вид молодая нежная капуста, белая зимняя не подходит. Можно заменить на пекинскую капусту.
