This week, I went to a book fair that I applied for in advance. I busily prepared meals for my family from the morning, put on a little makeup, and went out with little excitement.

Hami is so adorable! I have been binge-watching many of your videos. I am older (66) and I care for my adult disabled son. Life at home as caregiver can be isolating and even chaotic, and I'm sorry to say that I rarely have any energy to clean house and cook properly, even though I am an accomplished cook and we do eat whole foods. Your videos are a moment of peace and inspiration, and for that, I am truly grateful. Best wishes as you and your husband embark on the design and construction of your own home. Although I've been following your channel for over 3 years now, in the past 1 year, you've literally saved me on numerous occasions. I've been suffering from severe anxiety since last one year and about 4 months ago I discovered that when I watch your video, it instantly calms my anxiety. Many times when I literally felt like going down on my knees and crying during these anxiety episodes, your videos have calmed and helped me so beautifully. And when I told about this to my therapist even she became a fan of your channel. I genuinely love you and love to see you prosper along with your family. You really inspire me to live well, eat well. Someday whenever I decide to start a KRplus channel, my first video will be a tribute to you. ❤

Yess same story i havee social aanxietty and ASD i spent class 10 in lockdown from therre mmy anxiiety hhas reachhed hiigheer level than me before now I'm ddonne 12 all I can say just like u whenever something bad happpens or mmy anxiety trriggerss the i alwayys watchh hamiimomy whether iitt is a cleaning vedio or coookingg vedioo i gett relaxed at onnce since I'm donnw with 12 now there are many obstacles now aboutwhat I'm going to do in future I'm so anxious now so I came here and found your comment🎉❤
How very sweet of you to give her such a glowing tribute. I am glad that you shared that because she would have no other way of knowing how much she means to you otherwise. I am hoping that you will be set free from the anxiety you are experiencing. I have had severe anxiety in the past too--the answer for me has been a personal relationship with the Lord--Jesus Christ. He always forgives us if we ask Him and promises us His peace and comfort . He has promised to never leave us or forsake us --ever. You just can't get any better than that--to have the creator of the universe always with you. I just thought I would share that with you in the hopes that it would be helpful
