Thank you for not playing distracting music. This allowed me to focus on the video . The occasional tapping of the hammer when setting things was almost therapeutic in nature, like icing on a cake.
So many "Tip/jig' videos are either blindingly obvious, been around for decades and everyone uses them or are something one can buy cheaply without making it yourself. This was the exact opposite, thank you for some genuinely useful and unique tips and tricks.
*I'd like to take this opportunity to give it up for the trees. Without them we wouldn't have wood, and without wood the evolution of the human race would be incredibly different.* I've never really thought of this until just now. But imagine what early humans would have been without wood as a fuel and building material. No fires to cook or heat, no timber to make tools or shelter. No boats. Thumbs up please to say "thank you Trees!".
That seemed like more than six, lot of great information. It's so simple when you see how it's done but not so simple to come up with the idea's. I'm subscribing on the basis of this video, not something I've ever done before, normally watch at least 4~5 video's before I decide if channel is worth the time. Very well done, thank you.
I work with steel. To be more precise, I work with blade sharpening. It is in moments like this, when I see a human being demonstrating the beautiful and wonderful creative capacity of the species, that I still have hope that this wonderful planet will not be dominated by ignorant people. Not without a fight, not without intelligent and creative resistance, even if we are few. My sincere compliments, and true congratulations on your demonstration of talent!!! Congratulations!!! You are an AMAZING craftsman and your mind thinks in very ingenious ways. Your videos are so very helpful and inspiring and make me a better woodworker.
I toke specialized woodworking classes... I would've hated the teachers if they made me do this😂😂😂 it's unatteinable beautifully cut😅. I'm stressed out just watching him cut😅 just perfect!!!
Pure piece of art. You recognize true talent when a very difficult task is accomplished and presented very easily. One of the rarest videos where the technical skill matches the editing skill. Thank you so much. Gangsammidaa 😁
Your precision is remarkable! How do you get those threaded inserts to screw in squarely? Mine always lean, even when I crank them in with the drill press! Nice video and skills
All this looks great but im afraid it shows poor understanding of timber . The joint of the round section produces a feather edge which will just break away, never face or edge marks anything so will never get one flust face if the timber is differant widths , and both times the boards are edge jointed the grain is not reversed so the board will end up curved. Only pointing his out as these are basic woodwork principles
I suspect that Hammersound has a very good understanding of timber, based on his work at www.youtube.com/@WoodworkingDIY. You may also notice that this particular channel is primarily focused on making jigs. Context matters.

Amosmoses - Je hebt helemaal gelijk, het werkgeluid is de muziek. 😊
Thank you. Have a good day
Spoken like a true weak mind. Yikes
Cake icing, the most therapeutic of all foods ;)
I can't believe how many geniuses there are in the world. Whether you learned it or invented it you are a true craftsman and artist!

The most impressive thing is acquiring all this skill and still having fingers.

So that’s how logs are made! 😉
Thank you for this video. It's actual tips that are useful, and not the 99% trash that we see on YT.
That shows that it’s not only about the tool, it’s about the brain behind.
Thank you. Have a good day

dude, why don't you buy a lathe?
Brilliant
when devices are incomparably more labor-intensive and more expensive than products😏
Im interested in what types of glues is used?
Waw t'es un génie!
do you know enneagram? I guess your type is 1. Wonderfull job
You don't need to make that square, you can just mark corner to corner on the 4x4 and that is your center.
🙏👏👍💪
I can do this do !
This guy has way too much time on his hands
👍👍👍
It seems that subscripts or verbal comments on each of these hacks would fill in some blanks.
DO NOT use a table saw as a lathe. Please please please save your hand.

Wooow

I was feeling a little disjointed.

I’m pretty sure he has a very solid understanding of timber. m.youtube.com/@WoodworkingDIY
yes, because that is what matters when showing wood working techniques with left over wood from projects.

thanks youre not using that ridiculous spray
🇺🇿👍👍👍
Yeah please don't use your tablesaw as a lathe. Not unless you want to be one of those tens of thousands a year who get injured using them.
