Guy! Talk about changing into winter overnight.. πΎβοΈ .. With a drop in temperature, it's starting to get chilly so be careful Duris so you guys don't catch any cold, drink hot water and keep yourselves warm!!!! You shouldn't be catching cold alreadyβ¦β¦ π₯²!!!
I've spent some time with my little cutie Sol and we talked about this and that and about our future as well... And it felt like I got so much good energy from her that it was more like my healing trip hehe π§π»ββοΈ

Oh, and I've been running with a goal of 15km,,,
And it's actually having a good influence on my life! I sleep deeper, I get up refreshed (I usually struggle waking up in the morning but after running I wake up feeling great!)
And I feel like the deep breathing I do when I run, helps me get healthier ..π©΅
Also, you can run anywhere as long as you have your runners..!
(Yes, that's right... this is runslighting lol)

Oh, that's right! I'll be doing a small event this Saturday (11/11) called "Dalmado" with my friends here at Jeju!
Dal (run) + Ma (Drink) + Do (Jeju), that's the meaning behind the name
I prepared a light run, flea market,
and even an afterparty lol
(I'll be attending the whole thing!)
