The mexican cholo culture and food has even gone into china and japan.... Ive never heard any one say, hey lets go eat some columbian food, or brazilian food, or chilean food. Its always mexican food. Chipotle? Taco bell? Even though those arent authentic mexican food, theyre still representing mexican style food, even companies like mcdonalds are selling tamales, gatorade has mexican flavoured drinks. No other latin country can fuck with mexican foods influence or taste
