I like how this system reuses many of the same techniques. (I'm kinda watching them backwards, since seeing a later video.) Doing so means less thinking when acting is needed. For them to work, they would need to be extremely well drilled and such a strong reflex that they weren't second nature, but first nature. I am curious how you would approach a late defense, as in already off balance/falling. This might be the scenario many would have if they don't spend regular time training, are inebriated/tired, or caught completely off guard.
the off balance and falling is a bad place to be as the guy if she can make you stumble forward she has plenty of time to meet you in between the legs with her hardest knee... a girl make me cry with her knee so quickly that way.

Один раз в школе у нас был урок бассейна мы переодевались, один парень снял джинсы , а затем толкнул меня со словами слабак, подвинься! Я ему ответил ; я тебе щас всеку. В этот момент он стоял в одних трусах. Он выдвигает голову вперёд и говорит , ну на бей, слабак! А я размахнулся и ударил ему ногой прям под яйца. Я их почувствовал т.к был без кросовок, он упал на пол ,держась за отбитые яйца, остальные посмеялись и продолжили переодеваться. На этой же неделе только в пятницу у нас так же был урок бассейна, мы переодевались все поснимали трусы и я увидел что яички того пацана посинели и немного изменили форму. В этот момент я подумал- что очень хорошо попал ему по бубенцам 🥚🥚😱. Я был доволен и с тех пор я полюбил бить всем по яйцам.

If someone grabs your arm, using a circular motion with YOUR arm is the first thing you should do to disengage.
