元々韓国では冬に向けて体に栄養を補うという意味でこのどじょう汁を食べたんだけど、今は夏の補身食としても食べる事が多く、私も小さい頃は親によくどじょう汁専門店に連れてかれたんだけどにおいも味も未だに駄目😣💦

どぜう鍋とか柳川鍋とか食べたけど、泥臭いって言うのかなぁ、なんか独特の匂いだね。
韓国は夏も冬も食べるんだね。
日本は冬のイメージがあるけど、栄養があるなら、冬は身体を温めて夏はバテ防止に良いかもね👍
見た目はグロテスクだけど、ナマズの方が100万倍良かった。
別々のお店で、さらにそこそこのお値段だったからどじょうはこんな味と匂いなんだっておもったよ。

昨日との気温差が激しく今日はかなり暑かったぁ💦
夕方になって涼しい風が出てきたので今は肌寒いくらいかな。
私、日本のどじょう料理は見た事も食べた事もないんだよね。
スーパーで売られてる動いてるのどじょうは見た事あるけど(笑)
日本のはどういう味付けなんだろ？🤔
韓国のはとにかく山椒がかなりきいてる感じで個人的にはにおいも味も食欲をそそる物ではなかった覚えがあるんよね。

昨日とはうって変わって、天気は良くなったけど風が有ったせいか過ごしやすかったよ。
柳川鍋はゴボウと共に卵とじね、味はすき焼きの割下と、同じ様な味付けだったよ。
どぜう鍋も同じ割下で煮込んだやつだったかな。
どちらも30年くらい前に東京で食べたよ。
う〜ん、いくらだったかなぁ🤔
確か定食みたいので、3000円くらいだったのかなぁ。
単品だとそんなにもしないんじゃないかなぁ。
ご馳走になったし、昔の事でほとんど覚えてないけど、味は良く覚えてるよ。
土臭いのはゴボウのせいでは無いと思うけどね。
ナマズは美味いよー👍
肉はウナギみたいで、ウナギの様な生臭さは全くなかったよ。
これも30年くらい前で値段は時価で確か30センチ位の大きさで3000円だったよ。
ナマズは食べる機会があったら、絶対に食べた方がいいね🥰

That soup looks delicious, provided they would freeze the fish first and/or gut and clean the fish before boiling them and blend them for MY soup. 😁. I love the fact that the fried fish is so crunchy I don't think you need asmr mic to hear it. Great to know another new Korean cuisine! 👍

I’m so sorry but never ever have I commented. I just had to this once. I literally threw up when she put the dirty fish water back in the pot. 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 and when it was in the bowl it looked like they were eating pure mud soup. It’s just nasty. I’m a fan of the show and adore this family but i did not like this at all.

I think this is the first video of theirs that has made me gag and feel sick to my stomach.
You're just too ignorant of the benefits of eating fresh food! Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai and other Asian cultures does that as well - cook live and fresh seafood! Maybe you're like that cos all you're used to eating are fast food and deboned, headless fishes stored in freezers for many months and some lasting for a year or so. Yuck. U gotta learn to respect their video or get outta here.
@@pipa598 It's one thing to eat fresh animals cooked quickly and it's quite another to grind up their internal organs and gut and drink it down. Those organs and gut contain toxins which would be repulsive if not unhealthy for them to eat. And the crap filled mud that loaches live in are disgusting. If they're grinding them whole, skin and all, they're not eating the best food that can be had.
