It’s actually not a saying for people with a foot fetish (lol, though now that I think about it, it does work for that) but rather it’s a phrase in the black community for delicious/nice work/compliments to the chef.

낙지나 오징어는 물에 살짝 데쳐서 요리하면 물도 많이 안생기고 썰기도 수월합니다
아...이런 꿀팁이.... 쭈꾸미도 마찬가지인거죠? 어쩐지 저번에 쭈꾸미 볶음할때 물이 많이 생기더라 ㅠㅠ 엄청 애먹었어요... ㅠㅠ
초초초 쭈꾸미 볶음할때 살짝 데쳐서 하시려면 진짜진짜 살짝만 데치셔야해욥! 쭈꾸미는 오래 요리하면 질겨지니까 쬐끔만 데치고 바로 볶으시면 맛있을거에요 ㅎㅎ
