I eat big quantities like this 3-4 times a month and workout. It balances out. He's doing fine! The ones that are complaining are the ones who have a hard time eating alot and working out to maintain the weight.. Its not our fault ur metabolism aint built like ours.. so mind ya business👊🏼💞
Dude you took the words out of my mouth. I've been watching him and his family eat good meals for months. He eats a lot which is fine by me. If I had the finances. I would like to meet him and have some of that chow he's eating. He seems like a kool person to hang with too.!😉 I love the chicken he and his mom makes. I would bring a couple of bottles of Open Pit Hickory Sauce along with me!
