I love Heungsam's videos. Personally, what works for me is first, the authentic outside setting(not prettied or prepped or picture-perfect). The natural background/backdrop/setting has a charm that only a natural country living could give. At the same time, it makes the video relatable (a charm that touches the heart not just the satisfaction of eating). Another attractive point to me are the menu. The dishes the family eat on their videos are "real" dishes. What I mean is they are food that,you know, people actually eat on real life( I mean, I have watched other mukbangers eating sea food and high-end, prepped in a high-end place and those gave me a feeling of detachment because I know that is not possible for a regular person like me). One more reason why I sincerely love this channel is that I see a story in each video whether that is harvesting the onions used, or cooking the dish in their own kitchen, or eating with friends in a resort or restaurant, there is always a story- a kind of introduction thus warming us, viewers, before the eating part. Yet another reason that I really like is how the Heungsam family look. No picture-perfect make-ups unless necessary like when they go out to eat, no picture-perfect utensils and such, no picture-perfect outfits. Again, these contribute greatly to the relatability and connection with the viewers. And definitely, the vibe of eating with family or people we care about have charmed me. This concept have always made me watch the videos with fondness and a, kind of, joy in my heart. On a related note, I have always noted and appreciated how the channel presents a positive and inspiring Korean culture( this knowledge I gained from talking with my Korean students(adults) in the past) which is letting the elders take a bite first, offering a food before eating,yourself(this one's kind of universal I think). I mean, this channel may not have intended it and maybe, some viewers don't even notice it, but to me, these bits and pieces of culture being presented on the process of the mukbang give this channel a more noble purpose: educating the viewers and promoting a culture of respect and breeding, boosting Korean pride in the process.

I have always watched your videos for a long time now but on facebook and have only subscribed to your youtube now(I was just so satisfied with watching those on facebook that I have not wanted anything else, thus, not checking out your youtube channel earlier.
P.S. Respect to the Mom( and Dad,too) for preparing those dishes. I mean, they look like they need much time and effort and patience!
