There are no real standards for "the best" rapper.But in my opinion what makes a good rapper are: A good flow (subjective) and the ability to play with the beat (flow diversity). Good lyrics are also really important. (Imo Rap monster has better lyrics) Energy while rapping and the production of the beats are important as well. (Here B-Free had the luck to work with Korea's best hiphop producer imo,GRAY beats are always perfection) If you go out from these standards Rap Monster will be the better rapper in many people's eyes.(including mine) Rap Monster and Suga also have more time to improve compared to B-Free,even though I don't know how old he is. I think that Hucleberry P from Hi-Lite is a better rapper than him tbh.
SubToJinx I disagree that there are no real standards for judging rappers. There's a reason why people say the best rappers list includes Eminem, Nas, Tupac, Biggie, Rakim,... Based on the trend of hip hop, rappers are judged by the complexity of their flow, lyrics, and vocal delivery. Good rappers know how to use a good numbers of rhymes while getting their message across. Also, they know how to structure and place their rhymes. Good lyricists know how to get their message across in a clever way with metaphors, imagery, word play, and other things. Based on these standards, Hot Summer is good, but not super impressive. Its first verse relies mostly on 1 syllable end rhymes, but it has an 8 multi-liner(rhyming for 8 lines continuously), which is impressive and you don't see this often in Korean rap. Also, It's got short internal rhymes sprinkled everywhere and in the right places. The 2nd verse is disappointing because it includes less rhyming, but it includes some nice metaphors. Bfree's lyrics are not impressive, but I can respect that he talked about his life and normal things.(Didn't Bfee diss BTS about wanting to do what it takes to make money? In this song, Bfree said he likes money more than music. Doesn't this make him a hypocrite?) In terms of technical skill, Bfree isn't amazing here, but I really like Bfree's choice of rhythms, especially in the Hook. The way his voice and flow goes with Gray's beat sounds really good. Overall, it's a good song IMO.

For example, one great rapper might use many complex rhymes while another great rapper uses more complex rhythms and has better lyrics. In general, the better rapper manages to write good lyrics and use high level complex flow.

Marlena Sturtzen His voice is kind of like Lil Wayne's (in the sense that sounds drawled out and as if he's whining). It doesn't come out natural when he raps (like Jessi's, Wisin y Yandel, Calle 13, etc). I can't see why he's respected as a rapper, then again there are many rappers that I can't see as being worthy of respect. Him dissing Rapmon is like...Wayne going against Eminiem or Iggy going against Minaj. I did check out another one of his song and didn't like it either. I'm not a fan of the American style rap and he seems to be going for that. If people are into his kind of style of music then that's perfectly OK with me. He was talking smack about BTS so I came here thinking that he was like Eminem good but nnnaaaaaahh. Dude can barely reach Iggy's level. If this is what underground rappers are like than I'll pass.

I'm not a fan of him because of what he's said but you can't deny that the guy has good skill and a good flow. He's better than the majority of idol rappers. Personally I think Rap Mon is much better, but B-Free is still good. You should check out his other stuff.
Marlena Sturtzen His voice is kind of like Lil Wayne's (in the sense that sounds drawled out and as if he's whining). It doesn't come out natural when he raps (like Jessi's, Wisin y Yandel, Calle 13, etc). I can't see why he's respected as a rapper, then again there are many rappers that I can't see as being worthy of respect. Him dissing Rapmon is like...Wayne going against Eminiem or Iggy going against Minaj.
I did check out another one of his song and didn't like it either. I'm not a fan of the American style rap and he seems to be going for that.
If people are into his kind of style of music then that's perfectly OK with me. I just came here after his diss with high expectations and was greatly disappointed.
