It would be nice to know what the ingredients are that these street vendors use, just out of curiosity. Everything looks delicious, but what exactly are they eating? Also why not use English sub-titles so we know what they are saying?
a lot of it is a tempura base. so there’s fried bread with sugar, fries peppers, friend sweet potato, friend kimchi pancake i believe, tteobokki which is the red sauce with rice cakes (base is made of gochujang, a red pepper sweet and spicy paste and looks to be a stock) then there’s the blood sausage and other meats. if you look up korean street food, it’ll tell you the main ones that are sold everywhere!! and the little pancakes were called hotteok, usually a walnut and brown sugar filling and then fried. can be made salty too.

Dunno whats the use of wearing gloves when clearly the vendor use it to carry things n then wrap the dough w fillings n then use thong n then pack food n handle money - all in d same glove. And the lady wiped her glove on her pants after putting d corns in the pot..... 😬

White cylinder things are most likely rice cakes ‘Garaetteok’ used for the dish ‘tteokbokki’. The “flat things”…idk cause that’s not very descriptive.
