Now that…..i love it. Ppl say “yuk that is too fat and unhealthy” but i dissagree. Better to eat that, rather than a box of Pringles. Its natural and fat is not that bad if you are on a mostly carnivore/keto diet. As long as you to not exceed with the carbs. Id rather eat that with some sald, than having a McDonald fast food.

Ko phải đơn giản mà để khi nướng ra mà chặt đc giòn ăn mềm như zay đâu mấy a. ngâm biết bao nhiêu là bột làm mềm với baking soda trong đó rồi đó . trước tui làm ks người hồng kông làm mình ăn thì thấy ngon lắm nhưng kêu tụi nó ăn ko đưa nào dám ăn hết

I keep forgetting they eat their pork white. Ours here in the USA sometimes have that pink color. I think that's hormones and stuff in the pigs food. I read that somewhere. Anyway, I have had it roasted, baked and I have yet to try to grill it over charcoal/a fireplace. They say you can baste the skin and get this incredible crunch. Right!!!! I need to watch how he preps again. Cook me some and serve with a spicey but sweet Korean BBQ. Baby!!!
