IU just look fragile but the truth is even in her rookie days her management and manager can't control her. She usually voice out what she want and she even accept work before herself but she listen to them now not to overwork. She is a variety queen in her rookie days she slow down a bit after 5 years she already felt the consequence of not resting properly. She's funny as always. She treat her team like family. No wonder everybody wants to work, love and respect IU more after working with her. even non celebrity those people who work behind does respect and adore her. As she notice and give importance to them too.
I love that she is using live musicians. I really like when singers perform with a live band. There is something about the interaction between a band and a good live singer who knows how to work a crowd that is just special. It's almost always a better performance than someone just singing a song with music played over the house sound system. It also shows that a singer takes some pride in being a musician and not just a singer.
I have so much admiration for IU. She is the only solo artist that I watch and have grown to like her personality, her interaction with staff and also her sense of humour. I now understand why she is labelled Korea's little sister. She is so beautiful and talented, which is why I have a difficult time in why she is critised by others who don't really know her.
