it depends on the agreement with the talent agency and concert producers. but most of the time all international acts nowadays doesn't allow to have the full pro concert videos to make sure people will watch it live at the venue

Agree! The best 5mins clip of IUTV. They've manage to show the good interaction between IU and Maenas and how much we enjoyed her performance. They ended the clip with 'Mahal Kita', this two words is more than enough to make Maenas to be thankful for.
