I think sad ending is for chan-song because his lover going to afterlife but it is happy ending for all staff & man-wol who can going to afterlife without any resentment and grudges.
Jus finished watching hotel de Luna again (2022). I don’t think I’m ever tired of watching it. I still laughed and cried again although I already knew the storyline. No doubt, it’s one of the highest rated kdrama. I wish there is a 2nd season, and jieun still plays the lead character 💞
I've never cried so much at a show in my life as much as I did with Hotel del Luna. I've passed through a 6-hour excruciating exam to take my martial arts black belt, I've received kicks in my head and chest that broke my ribs, but I never shed a single tear. But with this story....no matter how hard I tried to suppress my emotions, I just...couldn't. The last episode in particular touched something. I don't know what, but I couldn't stop crying.

This drama and my mister are my most favourite shows. I cried and lived every episode of it. I can relive both shows just by thinking about it. I am impressed how she socked the drama in her.. she felt sad IRL and thinking about the ending she started crying.. 🥺 And that's why audience felt the impact too.

I think we all need more projects like another kdrama or variety show for IU and Yeo Jin Goo. They cannot waste their good chemistry on and off screen just like that. I honestly think that Yeo Jin Goo is the best male lead IU ever had.

This is really late but I can't get over with hotel del Luna, that is why I will watch it again. I cried a lot and had mixed emotions every episode. It really hurts like you lost Jang man wol thrice. My heart is so heart broken right now. I just so connected to the characters. That is why the drama became unique to me. It's different how writers mold each characters and they reminding us that's the cycle of life. Seeing the wide smile of Jang man wol in the ending is the true happy ending. It's not really a happy romantic ending. It's like being happy to finally forgive, embrace yourself again and be able to finally move on. The character finally sees and feels happy again in the next life. It's bitter sweet but that's life right? like a wine. Flowing our tears is like watering our life to grow and become a strong tree like the Moon tree in Hotel del luna. You give justice on the character seriously. I love the drama because it helps me to realized many things about life, death and the true meaning of people we loved. You're acting is so great and I really admire you as an artist and as a person. I love to see you in upcoming dramas. You're so versatile and always growing on your career. I will watch your previous works and your songs. 🥰We will support you in your acting and music career! Since Arthdal Chronicles part 3 was postponed and aired after Hotel Del Luna, HDL’s broadcast had to be moved forward to July. They had to rush the filming because of that which is unfair to HDL team as the drama needs lots of CG work. Tvn treated HDL as a "filler" drama but it ended up being their highest rated drama this year ironically.

첫째는 '나의 아저씨' 를 봤을때도 느꼈던 점이지만 이제는 어엿한 원탑 주인공을 맡아서 안정적이고 매끄럽게 극을 이끌어 갈 수 있는 탄탄한 내공을 갖춘 완벽한 배우가 된것입니다.
둘째는 이 드라마에서 보여준 다양한 장르의 연기와 다채로운 매력으로 다음 작품들에서 어떤 캐릭터를 맡아도 자신만의 스타일로 독보적인 연기를 하는 배우가 된것입니다.
셋째는 나이와 성별을 불문하고 어떤 상대배우와 연기를 하든 기대 이상의 케미와 연기 호흡을 보여줄거란 확신이 들었습니다.
'나의 아저씨' 가 인생 작품이었다면 '장만월' 은 인생 캐릭터라고 생각해요.
This is really late but I can't get over with hotel del Luna, that is why I will watch it again. I cried a lot and had mixed emotions every episode. It really hurts like you lost Jang man wol thrice. My heart is so heart broken right now. I just so connected to the characters. That is why the drama became unique to me. It's different how writers mold each characters and they reminding us that's the cycle of life. Seeing the wide smile of Jang man wol in the ending is the true happy ending. It's not really a happy romantic ending. It's like being happy to finally forgive, embrace yourself again and be able to finally move on. The character finally sees and feels happy again in the next life. It's bitter sweet but that's life right? like a wine. Flowing our tears is like watering our life to grow and become a strong tree like the Moon tree in Hotel del luna. You give justice on the character seriously.
I love the drama because it helps me to realized many things about life, death and the true meaning of people we loved. You're acting is so great and I really admire you as an artist and as a person. I love to see you in upcoming dramas. You're so versatile and always growing on your career. I will watch your previous works and your songs. 🥰We will support you in your acting and music career! Since Arthdal Chronicles part 3 was postponed and aired after Hotel Del Luna, HDL’s broadcast had to be moved forward to July. They had to rush the filming because of that which is unfair to HDL team as the drama needs lots of CG work. Tvn treated HDL as a "filler" drama but it ended up being their highest rated drama this year ironically.
