At the end of the day Fields isn't Poles guy. That was a Ryan Pace guy. Ryan Poles knows how to set up a QB for success if you see how he transformed this team from the Pace/Nagy era. It's not Ryan Poles fault for setting up HIS QB that he wants. Fields was going to cost over 25 mil if we decided to keep him, he was bottom 5 QB in all throwing statistics and the worst QB in the 4th qtr of games. Every GM has their "guy" at QB. Pace's guy was Fields. Poles guy is going to be Williams. Its just the way it is 💯🤷♂️
