for anyone confused, the creators have encouraged recreations of the show. posts about roblox games confirmed it as the creator replied saying they don’t care and are liking what people are doing. they’ve even seen some of jimmys video and said they loved it. (this is just what i’ve heard and seen, so not everything i just said is 100% accurate but i think he’s in the clear)

It looks like most people don't understand what plagiarism actually is
Plagiarism is when you take a work or a piece of art copy most of not all of said content and claim it as your own
An example would be copying the premises, script and plot of squid game and renaming it Fish Activity and making some other minor changes (like the guys with guns now have Ovals and Crosses, and the jumpsuits are now red) and then claiming it was your own work
What Mr beast did was re-create the GAMES of the squid game within the show, not the actual entire Korean drama named squid game

The creator of the original squid game likes the paradoy, and it also moved people (like me) to watch squid game which was really really good and I probably wouldn’t have watched it If I hadn’t seen mrbeast do this recreation, also let’s not forget the dozens of not hundreds of other KRplusrs that are recreating squid game in some way for KRplus, they aren’t receiving backlash, so why should Jimmy?

Plagiarism would be to say he came up with the concept, a.k.a. stealing intellectual property and claiming to be the originator of said property.
Meanwhile, Mr.Beast credited the creator of Squid Game by name, and at no point claimed to have come up with the idea.
