Liz has one of the most unique vocal tones in K-pop. It’s smooth and dreamy. I’ve never heard anything like it. And Yujin also has this husky powerful tone. They all have such unique vocal colors. It’s magic.
Speaking of unique vocal tones in gen 4, I'm in love with Aran from 5050. Now I'm kinda curious if Liz and Aran sing a duet together, how would that be? They both have calming voices but in totally different ways, so I wonder if their voices would compliment each others' or don't match at all? Anyways, this probably won't happen but I'll manifest a year-end performance between them 🤞

the reason she(and other members) gets some of reis lines despite having different lines in music shows is because this was filmed a few days after reis hiatus so the lines were probably not fixed yet

팬들은 알겠지만 2월에 있던 팬콘서트 이후로 아이브 멤버들 보컬 능력치가 전보다 훨씬 성장했음. 멤버들도 자신감이 더 붙었다고 느꼈는데 이번에 잇츠라이브에 나온거 너무 좋은 타이밍인듯👍 아이엠 듣자마자 노래가 딱 밴드 사운드랑 어울리겠다싶었는데 마침 잇츠라이브 밴드 콘서트 버전이라니,, 너무 행복하다

팬콘서트 준비랑 정규앨범 준비 동시에 했다는데 그때 실력도 늘었겠지만 멤버들끼리 사이가 더 돈독해진게 눈에 보임
작년에 오프 행사 엄청 돌면서 경험치 계속 쌓은 후 팬콘 한 거임. 지난 활동간 성장한 것도 있겠지만 일단 평소 멤버들 상태를 보면 심리적으로 많이 오픈된 걸로 보임. 그리고 좀 더 각자의 역할과 음역에 맞는 파트를 분배했음. 보통 다른 회사들은 논란을 겪기 싫기 때문에 파트를 철저하게 나누는데 스타쉽은 그냥 저돌적으로 나가서 맞은 감도 있음. 또 사람들이 생각보다 음향이 구린 문제와 보컬에서 오는 문제를 구분 못하는 경향이 크다는 걸 실감함. 보컬이란 게 무협지처럼 비급 하나 읽으면 고수 되고 이런 것과는 거리가 엄청 멀어서 갑자기 성장했다기보다 꾸준한 성장과 복합적인 요소가 맞아 떨어졌다고 봐야함. 작년 5월 로얄 공연 잘했던 걸 보면 위의 요소들 영향도 커보임. 개인적으로는 스타쉽이 노이즈를 좋아해서 서사 깐 것 같은 부분도 좀 보임. 아이엠 뮤비도 상승과 하락에 대한 이야기를 다뤘고 키치도 일부러 리즈 파트 적게 해서 어그로 끌어놓고 아이엠으로 풀어버렸듯. 솔직히 정석 마케팅 방식으로는 대형과 맞붙는 건 힘들기 때문에 친대중적 노선을 타고 노이즈를 적극 활용하는 걸로 보임.
팬들도 보컬능력치가 문제인걸 아나봄ㅋㅋㅋ하나같이 보컬 좋아졌다고 하는거보면
노래도 좋지만 가사가 마음을 울리네요. 좋은 노래 들려준 아이브 고마워요

3:43 Watching this made me realize the MV doesn't focus on Liz when she sings her high notes because they give her screentime to something/someone else. She literally shines the most in this performance with her vocals and she contributes to every single memorable part of this song only to be pushed aside.
