I am just getting to know IVE because it has already been a week since I got addicted to ELEVEN, and Rei & Liz's voices really mesmerize me. Love them! Specially Liz's voice! Literally an angel!
ROYAL is the reason why they need to give liz and gaeul more lines in their main title songs they bring so much versatility and flavor to the song and its sad you only get to hear that on their b-side. and give rei a longer rap part i assure you she's gonna devour that

And she was really praised lol, the adlibs, hidden vocals and high notes count and ppl say that she's an amazing vocalist !! @Laïssa not exactly. the best parts ≠ vocal killing parts. the highnotes weren’t done by liz, they were done by yujin lmao. the adlibs in eleven were 1-2 seconds, extremely faint since it clashed with yujin’s vocal, and liz did not get adlibs in take it. it doesn’t really matter when she sings in the song, they don’t determine her skills. i agree, it wasn’t because she didn’t have a high note in love dive that she isn’t recognized for her vocals, rather their entire discography.

The line distribution is decent and understandable, the most lines belongs to the most popular member while the least one belongs to the least popular member so it makes sense.

I'm amazed at how much wonyoung has improved since her izone days and the vocal line Liz & Yujin really shined. Liz always wanted to hit high notes and I'm happy she got the opportunity on the other hand it's impressive how good Rei sounds singing when she's a rapper I feel like she's going to surprise in future projects and Leeseo & Gaeul really sound good hopefully they both get more parts when IVE finally gets a mini album :)
Considering Yujin and Wonyoung have had more experience recording with IZONE, the other girls did their parts so professionally as well. So proud to see them grow each comeback. Rei's rap was also really impressive.

yujin doesn't really have support , but tbh there's not much singer in 4th gen who has proper support , she strains a bit , that can be improved with practice , what's left is for her too find a proper technique and she'll be a beast , for now I would only consider liz as the main vocal .

I'm kind of surprised to see the "glow up" Wony voice had. You can see that she changed her whole aura since the iz*one days! I love how she keeps improving and improving, definitely looking froward to hear more of her new and beautiful voice in the future!
Imo, she wasn't able to showcase her singing in iz*one because they had a lot of vocalists (who were arguably better during that time), plus iz*one songs are realllyy high, so Wony used her high pitched voice to fit with the song more rather than using her normal voice.
love dive wasnt really my cup of tea, but i would always apreciate when they show their raw vocals while recording. all the members has really good voices (eternally better than mine)

Imo, she wasn't able to showcase her singing in iz*one because they had a lot of vocalists (who were arguably better during that time), plus iz*one songs are realllyy high, so Wony used her high pitched voice to fit with the song more rather than using her normal voice.

I wouldn't say that Wony ever had a "glow up" because she's always been beautiful, no glow up needed. She definitely improved her singing though.
