Okay, here's my 2 cents worth on asking to kiss someone-
It's always important to make sure it's consentual and everything before you try to kiss someone. Maybe not always by directly asking them, but most of the time if it IS an intimate moment like that, the girl I think will kinda suspect that she's gonna get kissed, and if she didn't want to be she would express some discomfort before that point. But anyway my bf asked me like the first 2 times, and after that when we were "together" anyway he didn't need to ask anymore because he knew I was okay with it.
I agree. I feel like for people who aren't together yet, the answer to that question is body language. If they're looking at you with "goo goo" eyes and leaned in or smiling etc. They probably would be ok with it. But I do think its cute and the safer option if they ask.
