One thing I started doing was keeping a jar on my desk, and every night I will sit down and think of a good, little or big thing that happened that day. And write them down on a post-it note and put them in the jar. You start looking for the good in life, and noticing the good more than the bad!!! It really helps me to focus on what's going right in my life and it helps me have a more positive outlook on life !!

Responding to Jacks beautiful speech. Last year I had such a horrible time with my mental health because of the people I let into my life. I have just discovered that I am naturally a people person and radiate energy alllll the time (my amazing boyfriend gets annoyed sometimes, just like Gab gets annoyed of Jack lol). People also recognize this
energy and sadly some take advantage of my kind hearted ways. I never stood up for myself and always said yes and tried to please everyone, but I discovered some people aren’t willing to give back and have toxic ways. To all the loving people out there! Be kind... but not so kind as to let people walk all over you.

One thing I've learned is that you definitely can't always just be super nice to people. You have to kind of stand your ground sometimes otherwise they'll just walk all over you. I've personally let people do this too many times. I have gotten much better though. Hey my name is Shardai I'm from the UK and I struggle alot with anxiety. However, I have learnt to deal with it the best I can by cooking and drawing which are my hobbies. At one point I was struggling so much with my anxiety that I was so stressed and worried that i got alopecia and was having regular panic attacks.
