No it did get ran over lol. Those phones are really compact so it’s hard to totally break them when their flat. Also, I’ve had my iPad break in similar fashion, and that’s what it looks like. Sucks for dem lol

they are ripping you off. theres a phone repair place in my own, ive taken two broken phones there and they get it done within three hours and charge only 90 dollars
Its not the same type of glass though, ive done a cheap screen repair on my old iphone 6 and the new glass is flat and not curved at the edges, and getting that curve manufactured and getting the seamless edge fit perfectly to the rest of the phone ends up costing more.
The display screen is the most expensive part of the phone as far as the hardware is concerned.

what they give you is a cheap off-brand screen that doesn't fit perfectly, and I've had a lot of problems with mine :(
