Take a break from social media (unless it’s content that makes you happy), news (if you want), surround yourself with positive people, meditate, learn/study something new that interests you! There’s a lot you can do :) just do anything that makes you happy
Get away from media and all that for a while, just stop using it altogether for quite some time if possible. Then if you want to get back into it just manage your time better with it. Think back like fifteen years ago when social media was just in its birth, and look where its at now. The amount of information we see daily is insane compared to then and it can actually overload our brains to the point we need to decompress for a bit. I remember when MySpace was just becoming a thing, and I'd rarely ever use the internet and still do things outside and whatnot. Now social media almost consumes most of my free time.

The fact that Sean is breaking is showing how much he’s grown. I remember I wanna say at the end of 2018 how he wasn’t proud and wasn’t into all the videos he had made, that he just wasn’t proud or having fun from it. Taking this break is him getting smarter on his choices. Instead of pushing through things like this and trying to just hammer through it, he’s taking a break and focusing on his own things. It’s nice to see someone like him grow and change for the better, showing us how much people can change and grow in just a few years time. Be strong Sean, we’ll be here in open arms when you’re ready to return.

Not saying that all tiktok girls are extroverted, just that some of them are just trying to create an odd fake brand for themselves??? Pretty much being introverted is when you just aren’t as comfortable being in huge social situations. It’s different with everyone, for me it’s just not feeling comfortable in larger settings/ groups, not really being myself around people that aren’t in my immediate friend group, and feeling more comfortable solving situations in my own head and thinking To myself rather then having discussions to solve situations. idk why there is a “hype” about it tho, lol. I just like to think about is as the same sort of situation as when you ask yourself if you’re a pessimist or an optimist. The fact that Sean is breaking is showing how much he’s grown. I remember I wanna say at the end of 2018 how he wasn’t proud and wasn’t into all the videos he had made, that he just wasn’t proud or having fun from it. Taking this break is him getting smarter on his choices. Instead of pushing through things like this and trying to just hammer through it, he’s taking a break and focusing on his own things. It’s nice to see someone like him grow and change for the better, showing us how much people can change and grow in just a few years time. Be strong Sean, we’ll be here in open arms when you’re ready to return.

It's been difficult because I'm considered essential so I've been working as normal, and I have four kids so no time. All things considered I've made videos I'm proud of and I've uploaded pretty regularly. Thanks again you've always been a favorite KRplusr of mine ever since my wife showed me your channel soon after we got married(even though I watch relatively few of your videos).
